PHILOSPHY
The co-ordinators of Global Yoga Tours, Ali Hale Tilley and Mary McLeod Watson are two highly accomplished yoga teachers and extensively travelled tour guides who can lead you on adventures that nourish body and soul. Their philosophy is to conduct two-week guided adventures emphasising yoga, meditation, fun and healthy living, in parts of the world that you may not ordinarily go to alone. The Global Yoga Philosophy is about finding yourself in locations that are inspiring and transformational. Each tour is tailor made around interest in specific destinations, so they are fresh and evolving. The groups are small, made up of only 6-10 people and because interest is generally high it pays to enquire quickly if you wish to hold a place.
A typical day will include:
- Morning and evening Yoga and Meditation classes in amazing locations
- Juices, fresh local produce and Healthy Living
- Yoga Hiking to interesting temples and sacred locations
- Breath work, Chanting and Voice Yoga to free the breath and voice
- Relaxation and Retreat to recharge the batteries and refresh the mind

Some locations will be a carnival of colour and wild experiences, whilst others will be a quiet journey to nourish and relax yourself. En route will be opportunities to revisit yourself through different cultures and live in the moment, for the moment. This is about developing to your full potential and embracing the dynamic world of far off places.
