CLASS INFORMATION Sadhana Yoga is a fluid sequence of postures blended together with health benefits and stress relief in mind. Regular Sadhana Yoga will provide a calmer mind and more subtle body. Suitable for all levels.Basic Yoga is a structured sequence of postures that emphasises strengthening and toning the body and lengthening tight muscles. Suitable for beginners as well as intermediate. Hatha Yoga is a strong dynamic blend of over 78 postures. The breath is harmonised with movement to balance the entire system and bring radiant health benefits. Mysore Style Astanga Yoga teaches you the Astanga primary sequence so you can develop a regular practice. No former yoga experience is required for this class Kids Yoga helps to get children to become calmer and more focused by introducing them to the wonderful world of yoga! Children are natural yogis and yoga empowers them with many life skills such as balance, concentration, silence, alignment, flexibility and joy. Restorative Yoga brings about a deep inner calm by relieving stiffness and soreness and improving circulation and well-being. Gentle movment and yoga postures restores vital energy and helps to reverse the aging effect. Meditation on Sunday @ 7.30pm is a practice group with an intention of understanding and developing the true nature of the inner self. Concentration and breath exercises lead the practioner into a deep and focused inner calm. Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga (at specific times) is a deep still class with the emphasis allowing the muscles to yield gentle with each posture. Each pose is held for 10-30 breaths and a gentle meditation guides you to release and surrender to each unfolding moment.
